Nicotine affects on blood coagulation processes. It increases the risk of thrombosis. Nicotine also badly affects oral cavity. It causes enamel damage and increases the risk of caries.
One more dangerous substance which enters the body during smoking is carbon monoxide. It causes active development of atherosclerosis.
Blurred vision is also a popular diagnosis among smokers. Smoking increases gastric acidity, gastritis and having peptic ulcer disease.
